Tilapia fillet

Ingredients

  • 6 units Tilapia fillet 

  • Big bunch coriander finely 

  • chopped 

  • 1 lemon zest 

  • Lemon juice from one lemon 

  • 2 garlic cloves cut into slices 

  • 1/4 cup oil 

  • 1 tablespoon fish spice 

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric 

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black 

  • pepper 

  • 1 teaspoon salt 

  • 1 tomato cut into slices 

Directions

  1. Put the fish in a bowl, spread some salt and squeeze a lemon. Leave it for 30 minutes and wash it well. 

  2. Pre-heat the oven to 356 f before putting the fish inside. 

  3. Mix the coriander, the lemon zest, oil, and the spices in a bowl. 

  4. Put parchment paper on a baking dish and spread the spices mixture on. After, put the tomatoes on top. 

  5. Place the fish on the tomatoes and spread the rest of the spices mixture on top of the fish. After, put the garlic and almond slices on (for decoration) and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. 

  6. Insert into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
