Matzot Aviv started in Russia, making aliyah in 1887 – but what makes them so unique? They are changing with the times. Though their company in Israel began in Neve Tzedek, Matzot Aviv moved to Bnei Brak in 1947, working on their matzo game. But, what’s this? A matzo company that goes beyond a seasonal item? Well, it’s all about flexibility in thinking, even when it comes to matzo. They do three things: Make matzo and chametz for Israel, matzo and chametz for export to over 40 countries around the world, and even have organic health products.
