Mango with Salt and Chili Snack


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, preferably, Indian, Francine or Champagne

  • 2 tsp Black Salt

  • 1 tsp Espelette pepper

  • 1 tsp amchoor

Directions

  1. Toss the ingredient together to combine.

  2. Take your ripest, creamiest, juicy mango and peel, cut, and slice it up onto a plate.

  3. Generously sprinkle the mango with the seasoning blend and enjoy!

 Recipe Notes

Delicious and amazing mangos work really well with the seasoning but what really helps a less than amazing mango is even more of the seasoning (and maybe a drizzle of honey).
